If you are not 100% satisfied with your unworn, not modified online purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 14 days of the shipping date. Please note that the refund will not include the charges for Overnight Shipping or Saturday Delivery that you may have opted for at the time of your purchase. Greenleaf Diamonds will still need to evaluate every case and make decisions based on its circumstances.

All in-person sales are final. Including special ordered merchandise, personalized merchandise, engraved merchandise, and rings, necklaces, chains, or bracelets that have been sized, lengthened, or altered.
Exchanges will be made to any customer who presents merchandise within 21 days of purchase, in its original condition, and with the original sales receipt and packaging. Greenleaf Diamonds will still need to evaluate every case and make decisions based on its circumstances.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds for credit card purchases will be made to the credit card used for purchase.
Cash and Check Refunds
Refunds for cash and check purchases are mailed to the customer from the Greenleaf Diamonds corporate office in Los Angeles, within 2–3 weeks.
All sales are final for special orders, personalized and engraved merchandise, and on jewelry that has been sized or altered in length.
For online and telephone orders, the Packing Slip or a copy of the email Order Confirmation can be used in place of the sales receipt.

All Shipments are Insured
Every item is fully insured. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
For added security, an adult signature is required for all items/orders.
Insurance of Shipment
All Greenleaf Diamond international shipments are under insurance coverage until the package reaches its destination. We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery; as once delivered, Greenleaf Diamonds does not hold any responsibility for the parcel.
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Hawaii and California.
Tax will be charged on the item price minus discount (when discount is applicable).
Gift Cards Policy
Gift cards are sent immediately to the recipient through email. Once the recipient receives the gift card, it can be used immediately on Greenleafdiamonds.com.
When you redeem your gift card online, we require that you use a credit card to process your order. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift card.
Gift cards are transferable but are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift card code. Gift cards are redeemable only at www.Greenleafdiamonds.com. Gift cards and unused portions will expire on the date listed in your gift card e-mail.
Each ring comes with the option of one free resizing during the first year of ownership. Call Greenleaf Diamonds’ personal jeweler at 213-489-1188 or email us at email@example.com to arrange for your free resizing. Customers (international and domestic) will have to pay for shipping both ways with insurance.
We insure all items. When your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.
Delivery Status due to COVID-19
All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent hand-washing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members.
We ship international orders over US $500 for FREE, orders below US $500 are charged US $40 each. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS. The arrival time mentioned on our website is applicable only to US shipping addresses. Greenleaf Diamonds offers FREE Standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department.

APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories
We ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Usually, it takes around 7-10 business days for the order to arrive at its shipping destination. The arrival time (arrives by date/estimated shipping date) displayed are for U.S. addresses only and do not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Hold for Pickup & Alternative Delivery Options
If for some reason, you are unable to be at home for the delivery or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held for up to five business days until it is collected by you or a person you depute. The designated person must be 21 years or older, and must also present a valid identity proof for verification. You may also choose to get the package delivered to your office address, to a family member or a close friend. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for any help.
For Your Protection
As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.
In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact our Customer Care and help us expedite your order.
International Customs, Duties and Taxes
The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
Greenleaf Diamonds has no control over the estimated duty and tax rates mentioned in the table below. As the actual amount charged by customs may differ from those listed, it is advised to contact the destination country's customs office for any further details.
Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.
If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
We strive to ensure utmost customer satisfaction at all times. We stand behind our products and warrant that all jewelry pieces will be free from manufacturing defects. Every item sold on our site and in store is crafted using materials of exceptional quality and is inspected thoroughly before shipment.
In addition to this, we will also maintain your jewelry piece in store for a lifetime. Free services covered under Lifetime Warranty are:

- Re-Rhodium Plating Services
Repair or resizing work done by any jeweler other than Greenleaf Diamonds will render the warranty services void.
If you feel that there is a problem with your jewelry or need to avail of any other service that is not included in Lifetime Warranty, you may return it back to us for inspection.* After the evaluation is completed, we will notify you of service charges (if applicable) before repairing your jewelry.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, diamond total carat weights may vary up to 0.07 carats on any jewelry item. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Further, as gemstone cuts vary, gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight. In general, gemstone carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight. At times we use findings of a different material to provide the required firmness. For example, we use 14K white gold posts/findings for platinum hoops, brass in push-backs and so on.
