Using this site
Last reviewed 1 September 2026. These are our own checks. Nobody independent has audited the site, and the scope of each check is written into the answer.
Is the text readable?
Text and background pairs are measured against the WCAG contrast formula, and body text sits well above the 4.5:1 minimum. The measurement is automated for the color pairs in the design system. A one-off color written into a single page falls outside it.
Can the site be used without a mouse?
Links, buttons, menus and form fields are built as real links, buttons and fields, so a keyboard reaches them, and the focus outline is visible on both the light and the green backgrounds. The header menu, the filters and the product media were each walked through by keyboard.
What if I have motion sensitivity?
Animation on the site is short and none of it loops in the corner of your eye. Where a device asks for less motion, transitions are turned off. The opening leaf draw and the background video are the two moving things you will notice.
Does it work with a screen reader?
Each page has one main heading and a structure beneath it, so a screen reader can navigate by section. Photographs of pieces carry written descriptions.
Does it work on my phone?
Pages are built and reviewed at phone width as well as on a desktop. Phone-only faults are the ones most likely to slip through. One in the collection filters was found and fixed on 1 September 2026. If something is unusable on your phone, that is worth telling us about.

No, the checks above are our own. If you hit something we missed, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.
Why does an image sometimes have no description?
Every piece in the case has a written description on its main photograph. The extra frames from the 360 capture do not: they are taken milliseconds apart and land wherever the piece happened to be turning, so nobody chose what each one shows, and inventing a description for it would be worse than leaving it out. Ask us and we will describe the piece.
