Bring what you have: a stone, an old piece, a picture, a budget. Meet us in the store, or by video call or phone from anywhere.

2Design it
We talk the design through with you, around your stone if you brought one. You see the price before anything is made.

3Made
Work starts once you’ve said yes to the design and the price.

4Fitted
We check the fit with you before it goes home.
About timing
Tell us your deadline at the first meeting. If it cannot be done in time you hear that early, before anything is agreed, and timing is confirmed with you before work begins.
