The same four steps whether you start from nothing or from a stone you already own.

The process

We discuss and approve the design together, in person or by video. Nothing is made until you have agreed to both the design and the price.

One Sit down Bring your ideas, your budget, and anything you already own. Price and timing are confirmed before anything is made.
Two Design it Drawn and agreed with you. If you brought a stone, it is on the counter while we do it.
Three Made Once the drawing and the price are agreed, and not before.
Four Fitted Checked with you before it is handed over.

About timing

Tell us your deadline at the first meeting. If it cannot be done in time you hear that early, before anything is agreed, and timing is confirmed with you before work begins.
