Questions about repairs
Where can I get a ring resized near Wailea or Kihei?
At Greenleaf Diamonds in the Shops at Wailea, 3750 Wailea Alanui Dr, Ste B26-A. Bring the ring in any day between 10am and 9pm. You do not need an appointment.
Do you repair jewelry that was not bought here?
Yes. Bring in any piece, wherever it came from.
What does a repair cost?
Every repair is priced once we have seen the piece, and the price is confirmed with you before any work starts.
I am only on Maui for a few days. Can it be done in time?
Tell us your deadline when you hand it over. We confirm the price and the timing once we have seen the piece, never after the work is done. If it cannot be finished in time, we say so up front, so you are not chasing it from the mainland.
Can you replace a stone that fell out?
Yes. Settings are re-tightened, and a stone is replaced where one is gone. Bring the piece in and we will look at the other settings with you too.
Is cleaning free?
On anything bought here, yes, for as long as you own it, along with safety checks on the settings. See lifetime care.
Can an old ring be remade instead of repaired?
Yes. When a setting is past saving, or you want a new look, the stone can be reset into a new piece. See redesigning a piece you own and custom design.
