Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in and we will help you. Booking a time only means the right person is free the moment you arrive.
I am only here a few days. Is that enough time?
Tell us the date you need it by at the first meeting and we will tell you what is possible for your piece.
Can we do this without coming in?
Yes. A video call covers the same ground. We hold pieces up to the camera, talk through options and give you a quote. Ask for one using the form above.
Can you use a stone I already own?
Yes, and it is one of the things we do most. Bring it in, or send photographs before you arrive so we have something to work from.
What will it cost?
It depends entirely on the piece. We quote after discussing the design and materials with you.
Where do I park at the Shops at Wailea, and is it free?
Parking is free. The Shops at Wailea posts no overnight parking, and violators are towed. Our store is Ste B26-A, at 3750 Wailea Alanui Dr.
Can I buy a piece and collect it before my flight?
Yes. Every piece is in the case at the Shops at Wailea, and you can collect it at the counter. If a piece needs work first, tell us your flight date when you buy and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you ship it home, and is it insured?
Yes. We send it insured, wherever you are, or you can collect it at the counter in Wailea.
Do I pay Hawaii tax, and what if it ships out of state?
Hawaii has no sales tax. It has a general excise tax, which is a tax on the business, and a store may choose to pass it on to customers, up to 4.712% on Maui, according to the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation. Can you repair a piece I did not buy from you?
Yes. Bring it in: any piece, bought here or not. Walk in any day, 10am to 9pm.
Bought in Lahaina?
Bring it to Wailea. Cleaning and safety checks carry over.
