How to measure
- Take a ring that fits well and measure straight across the inside, in millimetres. Match it to the inside diameter below.
- Or wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length. Match it to the circumference below.
- Measure late in the day, when fingers are at their fullest. Heat and humidity make them swell.
- A wide band sits tighter than a thin one at the same size.
