The stone is already yours
The setting is what dated. A remount keeps what matters, the stone and where it came from, and changes everything around it.
Inherited, and unworn for twenty years
The most common piece brought through this door: a good stone in a setting nobody would choose today, unworn for years.

Reset into a new design
The stone moves into something built for the person wearing it now.

Colored stones
Sapphire, ruby and other colored stones are part of the everyday work here.
Your old gold
When a piece is remade, the old metal is accounted for. It goes into the new piece, or it comes back to you.
- Can the old metal be reused in the new piece?
Sometimes. It depends on the metal, its condition, and what is being made. Old gold is not always suitable to melt into a new setting, and we will say so.
- Can I just keep it?
Yes. Some people want the original setting back even when it is not wearable. Say so at the start and it is set aside.
- Will you tell me before anything is melted?
Yes. Nothing irreversible happens to a piece you brought in without you agreeing to it first.
A remount, in her words

“Gabriel was absolutely amazing- reading my mind in designing my new wedding ring using my engagement diamond and Hawaiian theme. He is so friendly and truly loves what he does. And he's so excited for his customers.”
Bring the piece in and we will look at it with you
Nothing irreversible happens to it without your say-so.
